I took one look at this little guy and instantly heard Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA". He's the ultimate All American Boy :) I just love working with his whole family!
Summer is quickly flying by, and you know what that means...time for Senior Pictures! We found a perfectly sun-drenched day and sweated it out until we got the right shots.
It has been a while since I posted any new pictures on here - sorry for the delay! Recently I was fortunate enough to work with a wonderful family with two vivacious little girls. The gardens of the Ronald McDonald house made for a stunning setting and I had a blast chasing little L and O around as they directed me :)
My love of photography started when I was pretty young. I still remember the flat little 110 camera I would tote around, mostly when we went on vacation. One of my earliest photo memories is a chance encounter with one Joey Lawrence at Epcot Center (he was in his “Blossom” prime...whoa). The shutterbug in me was awoken and from then on I became a veritable paparazzi, photographing my friends at every turn.
Travel, having always been a big part of my life, offered more and more interesting subject matter. A move to the Caribbean and the purchase of my first digital camera turned hobby to obsession. My little point-and-shoot is almost always with me because you never know when inspiration will strike!
This year I welcomed my first child, the beautiful daughter you’ll see much of on the Twinkle blog. She is the perfect subject matter and is already oh so comfortable in front of a camera. Photographing her was like a light went off and I realized that I could combine two things I love – photography and kids – which brings us to where we are today and Twinkle.
